About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global, mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and functional service provider (FSP) solutions.

The Scientific Communications Project Manager is responsible for providing support for the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the Agency of Record (AOR).

As part of our SRS / FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in different Therapeutic Areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support for the development and successful delivery of scientific publications, as well as medical information plans, in collaboration with the Agency of Record (AOR).
2. Manage and execute tactical plans and provide operational support for publications and medical information, including the development and management of publication and medical information tactics, planning, coordination with agencies, tracking and managing timelines and progress, following up with internal/external stakeholders and agencies, and budget monitoring.
3. Develop author agreements / CDAs, manage reviews and releases, and communicate updates and alerts to cross-stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life sciences or RN diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in medical publications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
