A leading research center in Barcelona is seeking a Public Procurement Officer on a temporary contract. This role involves managing public contracting services, drafting specifications, and legal document management. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in law, 2-4 years of related experience, and excellent communication skills in English, Catalan, and Spanish.

The activity performed by this unit is divided into two distinct areas:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Master's in "Acceso a la abogacía" and specific training in public procurement and/or administrative law preferred.
Between 2 and 4 years in administrative law and public procurement in a law firm or in the public administration/public sector.
Valuable: Knowledge of Power BI.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2), Catalan (C2/Native), and Spanish (C2/Native).
