We are seeking a 3-4 years experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team to design and execute corporate public affairs and regulatory strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a background in consultancy or in-house public affairs, expertise in government relations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and public affairs strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at national, regional, and EU levels; translate insights into risk-mitigation and opportunity-seeking plans.
- Prepare timely political and regulatory intelligence briefings, position papers, and stakeholder updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with public institutions, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Design and execute lobbying strategies and action plans, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
- Support senior leadership in high-level engagements, conferences, hearings, and events.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
- Around 3 years’ professional experience in public affairs, corporate affairs, or government relations—ideally within a consultancy or multinational environment.
- Track record in regulatory monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and advocacy campaigns.
- Excellent drafting and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Native or near-native command of English and Spanish; additional EU language (Portuguese, Italian, or French) is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
