Reports To: Chief Corporate Communications Officer
What you'll get to do• Corporate Affairs: Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and community organizations. Develop and execute public affairs strategies to influence public policy and maintain a positive public image.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and protect the company's reputation by addressing any negative publicity or crises promptly and effectively. Develop proactive measures to enhance the company's reputation.
• Financial Communications: Develop and implement strategies for communicating financial information to media in close collaboration with the Investor Relations and Financial teams. Prepare and distribute financial press releases, earnings releases, and presentations.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Work closely with CSO and CHRO functions to develop and implement impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives. Design effective communications for the company's CSR initiative, ensuring they align with corporate values and objectives and highlight the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing financial communications, public affairs, reputation management, and CSR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
