Una residencia de ancianos en Esparreguera busca un psicólogo/a para implementar programas de estimulación cognitiva y ofrecer tratamientos psicoterapéuticos, tanto individuales como grupales. Se requiere una licenciatura en Psicología y se valoran las experiencias previas en residencias. Se ofrece un contrato permanente a tiempo parcial de 20 horas semanales, ideal para profesionales con habilidades de comunicación asertiva y enfoque en el bienestar de los mayores.

Formación

• Experiencia en residencia para personas mayores valorada.
• Bilingüe en Catalán y Español.
• Enfocados en mejorar la calidad de vida.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar programas de estimulación cognitiva.
• Realizar tratamientos psicoterapéuticos y monitorear el progreso.
• Participar en evaluaciones psicológicas y cuidado de los usuarios.

What we offer

Schedule :

• Week 1 : Monday to Friday
• Week 2 : Monday to Thursday + Saturday

We are seeking a professional with a degree in Psychology for the elderly residence in Esparreguera.

The selected person will perform the following functions :

• Implement cognitive stimulation programs.
• Conduct psychotherapeutic treatments, both individual and group, and monitor progress.
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team in psychological assessments and in the care required by users.
• Promote integration and participation of users in the center's life and environment.

What we offer

Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week :

• Week 1 : Monday to Friday
• Week 2 : Monday to Thursday + Saturday

Morning hours and one afternoon per week (flexible).

Contract : Permanent

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's or Degree in Psychology
• Experience : Experience in elderly residence is valued
• Languages : Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish
