About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our client in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for 1-2 teams, coaching towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Assist Product Owners in maintaining a healthy product backlog.
  • Remove impediments and foster a productive team environment.
  • Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across teams and manage dependencies.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
  • People-focused, empathetic, courageous, open, energetic, and improvement-oriented.
  • Experience with multiple Scrum Teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II or higher) is desirable.
  • Availability to travel occasionally to Ireland.
