Formación

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Provisioning & Telecom Operations Managerto join the teamfor one of our clients (direct hiring)

In this role you will be leading the Back Office Operations team, managing order processes, escalations, and partner coordination. You will ensure SLA compliance, process efficiency, and KPI improvements to deliver an excellent customer experience.

SKILLS:

  • 5+ years in telecom operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in MVNO or service provider environments (mobile + fixed).
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS architecture, CRM, and provisioning systems.
  • Project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, ability to create dashboards and optimize workflows.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the back office operations team (mobile and fixed services).
  • Design and implement efficient processes for order management, provisioning, and customer lifecycle operations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex service delivery or billing issues.
  • Collaborate with MVNE/MNO partners for integration, SLA monitoring, and platform improvements.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding and activation flows, including mobile number portability (MNP), SIM/eSIM logistics, and fixed-line installations.
  • Supervise fraud prevention measures, service validations, and data integrity checks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal operational KPIs.
  • Monitor operational reports and improve response times, order processing accuracy, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

SCHEDULE :

  • 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 3 days of office work | 2 days by remote.
