Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent experience; accountancy, mathematics, languages, or administration.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Russian, Polish, Chinese, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese or others) is an advantage.

• Assess and process medical expense claims with confidentiality.
• Enter data accurately into PC and mainframe systems.
• Apply analysis for cost management and process optimization.
• Monitor workload to maintain timelines and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Supervisor on unclear claims and suggest process improvements.
• Strive for high-quality claims handling, accurate reimbursements, and timely transactions.
• Communicate dossier details to internal stakeholders.
• Identify irregularities and escalate to Supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.
