We are looking for a Protection and Resilience Manager (m / f / d), based in Munich. We are also open to receiving applications from other locations within Europe and UK (Paris, Rotterdam, Madrid, London).
Your Team
You will be part of a global team which is owning a variety of different functions in the area of COO Operational Resilience and Core Applications which includes Protection & Resilience, Information Security, Supplier Risk Management and Core Applications.
The Impact You Will Have
The Protection and Resilience Manager is a key leadership position tasked with ensuring the successful implementation and effectiveness of the Protection and Resilience framework across all areas within Allianz Commercial. You will work directly with our Agile operational resilience team as Product Owner, defining and managing epics in this crucial role to manage risks to Allianz Commercial´s locations, employees, and business processes. Core responsibilities include overseeing Business Continuity, Physical Security, Crisis Management, Global Incident Management, and External Fraud, as well as handling regulatory reporting.
The position requires continuous monitoring of oversight functions, managing incidents and responses, aligning strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as the local Board of Management, other Allianz OE Protection & Resilience functions, and the Allianz Group. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing regulatory incident reporting processes.
