Descripción del empleo

Our collaborator is a high-quality housing boutique located in Eivissa, Spain. They are working with high-class customers from all over the world, ensuring a satisfying experience when staying in Eivissa.

Within this placement, you will learn how to work in the real estate industry as well as gain experience working with luxury properties.

TASKS

  • Create weekly planning for revision of the properties
  • Visit the properties and fill in our “Property viewing files”, adding them into our system in English and translating them into other languages
  • Inspection of the properties up to Bonder’s standards
  • Creation of villa books and deliver to the villas
  • Deal with worldwide high-end clients and arrange for them all the necessary for their holidays
  • Meet & greet clients at the airport and guide them to the house to explain how everything works
  • Follow up clients via email and phone
  • Make sure that you always deliver a perfect service to all Bonder’s clients
  • Check-in & Check out
  • Quality control on services supplied to clients
Requirements

  • Perfect English is spoken & written
  • Basic Spanish
  • Minimum 3 months, maximum of 6 months
  • Availability to start from the 1st of April until the 1st of June
  • Daily working hours 10 am-6 pm (6 days/week one day a week off)
  • Driving license in Spain
  • Extensive personal travel experience
  • Be extremely organized and extremely punctual- this is crucial for your role
  • Always answer the phone and greet visitors with a smile your face and with your voice
  • People Skills
  • Savoir Faire and politeness with clients
  • Potential client database will be highly considered
  • Knowledge of the island of Ibiza
  • Good administration skills and excellent attention to detail
