Job Description

As a Promotions Coordinator, you will work with relevant teams across the business, such as CRM, Design, Casino Team, Bingo team, Ops, etc. to ensure the effective delivery, sign off and implementation of campaign briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers. Responsible for the execution of promotional plans for games products. Managing the production of assets from supporting teams and maintaining the promotional areas of all websites. This role supports the product team in the execution of major site promotions, and acts as the centre of excellence for promotional customer experience, ensuring promotions are settled and paid accurately and in a timely manner.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Work with retention and product teams to plan and execute the promotions calendar
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and maintain the publication of promotions on site
  • Become the Promotions fulfilment expert, helping to troubleshoot issues where necessary
  • Work with data and technical teams in advance to ensure all promotions are settled accurately and on time
  • Creating high quality and timely campaigns that are customer centric across multiple verticals.
  • Continuously analyse performance on an ongoing basis
  • Help with weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways
  • Work closely with the rest of the commercial team to continually develop and optimize our campaigns and journeys, applying a 'test and learn' methodology
  • Work in conjunction with the CRM team to deep dive into behaviour versus value, which will help to define our targeting and segmentation
  • Create an engaging Casino and Bingo experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels
Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM and/or promotions processes
  • Experience in bingo is a plus
  • English & Spanish fluency is required
  • Portuguese fluency is advantageous
  • High quality ambition, pixel perfect and focused on constant improving
  • Problem solver and logical thinker
  • Team player and good stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change
  • Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting environment of achievement

  • Experience working in cross-functional team would be a plus
