NRF is seeking an EDI Consultant to manage, develop, and maintain electronic data exchange integrations between NRF ERP, Webshop platforms, and external business partners. The role aims for reliable, scalable, standardized integration flows supporting orders, pricing, stock, delivery, and invoicing across markets.

• Degree in IT, CS, or related field (plus).
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Analytical skills and ability to translate business needs to tech requirements.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (especially MS Dynamics AX 2012 or D365).
• Experience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento).
• Hands-on in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience onboarding external partners into integration systems.
• Exposure to logistics/supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
• Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON).
• Understanding of ERP integration flows (O2C, P2P).
• Data mapping, transformation, validation between systems.
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTP.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF systems and external partners.
• Join the Business Consultant Team responsible for NRF ERP and related applications.
• Support integration of NRF Webshop and customer platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Management and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare functional design documents with developers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOICE).
• Onboard new suppliers and customers into EDI/API solutions.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP, webshop and external systems.
• Manage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations.
• Monitor integration flows and resolve data exchange issues.
• Document integration workflows, mappings, and technical specs.
• Support post-order processes including delivery, invoicing, and RMA flows.

The EDI Consultant at NRF is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining electronic data exchange integrations between internal systems (ERP, Webshop platforms) and external business partners, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and standardized integration flows that support order management, pricing, stock synchronization, delivery processes, and invoicing across multiple markets and partner systems.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Join Business Consultant Team, responsible for NRF's ERP system and all applications resolving around it
• Design, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF systems and external business partners
• Support integration of webshop solutions, including NRF Webshop and customer platforms
• Collaborate closely with IT, Product Management and Customer Service Teams
• Prepare functional design documents in close collaboration with developer's team
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOICE)
• Manage onboarding of new suppliers and customers into EDI/API solutions
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP, webshop and external systems
• Manage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations
• Monitor integration flows and proactively resolve data exchange issues
• Document integration workflows, mappings, and technical specifications
• Support and improve post-order processes, including delivery, invoicing and RMA flows

WHAT DO YOU BRING ?

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (strong plus)
• Strong communication skills – working on daily basis with NRF's customers and internally with various departments
• Strong analytical skills and business understanding – ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proven background in integrating ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O)
• Experience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms (preferably Adobe Commerce / Magento)
• Hands-on involvement in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience onboarding external partners (suppliers, customers) into integration systems
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments (strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON)
• Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON)
• Good understanding of ERP integration flows, especially Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes (AX 2012 / D365)
• Experience with data mapping, transformation and validation between multiple systems
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols such as SFTP and FTP
