Project Technical Support | Department: Delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support related to the project delivery of video surveillance, access control, and network infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and integrators to ensure efficient and successful system implementation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
- Configure and optimize security solutions.
- Perform functional tests and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation on installations and configurations.
- Train clients and end-users on the use and maintenance of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on new technologies and company products.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commissioning video surveillance, access control, and network infrastructure systems.
- Advanced knowledge in configuring and integrating electronic security systems.
- Experience with Dahua equipment or similar manufacturers.
- Knowledge of network protocols, structured cabling, and configuration of electronic security devices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Capability to interpret plans, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- High level of English (able to read technical documentation and communicate in professional environments).
- Availability to travel within Spain as required by projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
