Project Technical Support | Department: Delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support related to the project delivery of video surveillance, access control, and network infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and integrators to ensure efficient and successful system implementation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Configure and optimize security solutions.
  • Perform functional tests and verify compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation on installations and configurations.
  • Train clients and end-users on the use and maintenance of implemented solutions.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and company products.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commissioning video surveillance, access control, and network infrastructure systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in configuring and integrating electronic security systems.
  • Experience with Dahua equipment or similar manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, structured cabling, and configuration of electronic security devices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
  • Capability to interpret plans, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • High level of English (able to read technical documentation and communicate in professional environments).
  • Availability to travel within Spain as required by projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
