Job Title: Semiconductor Project Lead

We are looking for a candidate who has semiconductor experience. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and the Bid Lead, responsible for setting the project's technical delivery philosophy to enable efficient and successful project execution of technical requirements while supporting schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a strong technical systems engineering approach to project delivery.
• Ensure all technical teams deliver the agreed requirements, timelines, quality, and communication channels, safeguarding the technical lifecycle from risks and issues.
• Support and initiate technical discussions with customers and internal teams on project requirements and milestones.
• Manage project goals, schedules, risks, and resources effectively.
• Lead technical decisions within your discipline, enforce best practices, and foster knowledge sharing.
• Track and report progress, and escalate issues as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading SoC and ASIC projects across disciplines such as Architecture, Front-end Design, Physical Design, Verification, and DfT.
• Proven ability to report issues, risks, and KPIs clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Leadership experience in managing technical teams.
• Experience working with external customers and developing technical sales documents.
