Role Description

  • Day-to-day execution of assigned part or smaller projects related to content (creation, localisation)
  • Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
  • Fill out time management tools correctly and on time
  • Creating and proposing process improvements
  • Communication of processes to other team members and the client
  • Delegating tasks effectively to freelancers
  • Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
  • Identify task-related problems and propose solutions
  • Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
  • Constant learning and skills improvement

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the coordination and execution of projects
  • Experience in working with content (creation, localisation)
  • Experience in working with German-speaking clients for at least 3 years
  • Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate in complex projects and processes, together with extensive reporting
  • Advanced level of English and German - at least C1
  • Independence and a proactive approach
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Resilience to stressful situations
  • Experience in working for pharma/medical industry will be a big plus
