We are currently looking for a Project or Service Manager to join one of our projects. Only candidates from the EU.
Tasks
- Ensure project delivery within deadlines, scope, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and implement new tools
- Manage risks, resolve incidents, and analyze recurring issues
- Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies
- Optimize service delivery and oversee quality (SLA, support, automation)
- Design productivity solutions and define governance for collaboration platforms
- Ensure compliance with security policies and stay updated on best practices
Requirements
- Master’s degree or 5 years of higher education, or
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education, and for each missing year up to 5 years, the participant must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience.
- English level C1 and French level B1.
- 15 years of experience in project and/or service management in the IT field.
- 5 years of experience in the field of collaboration and productivity within a large organization.
- Certification: Project Management certification and at least one Service Management certification.
