Project / Service Manager

We are currently looking for a Project or Service Manager to join one of our projects. Only candidates from the EU.

Tasks

• Ensure project delivery within deadlines, scope, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and implement new tools
• Manage risks, resolve incidents, and analyze recurring issues
• Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies
• Optimize service delivery and oversee quality (SLA, support, automation)
• Design productivity solutions and define governance for collaboration platforms
• Ensure compliance with security policies and stay updated on best practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree or 5 years of higher education, or
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education, and for each missing year up to 5 years, the participant must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience.
• English level C1 and French level B1.
• 15 years of experience in project and/or service management in the IT field.
• 5 years of experience in the field of collaboration and productivity within a large organization.
• Certification: Project Management certification and at least one Service Management certification.
