The expansion of the Technical SolutionsDivision means we are now looking to recruit new Project Sales ManagerinSpain and reporting to the Sales Director Technical Solutions (Central & Western Europe).

AsProject Sales Manager, you'd accelerate growth and brand awareness in the Iberia market by driving project sales through strong relationships with specifiers, contractors, and distributors, ensuring Knauf Insulation solutions are successfully specified and converted across the value chain.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Identify and track key specification opportunities, ensuring continuity through to procurement.
  • Collaborate closely with the European commercial team to convert specified projects into sales.
  • Provide technical guidance and present solutions in line with fire, thermal and acoustic standards.
  • Proactively support contractors and installers, providing product training, site visits, and technical documentation.
  • Record all project activity in Salesforce CRM and contribute to project pipeline accuracy.
  • Actively contribute to contractor engagement best practices and project performance tracking.
  • Deliver competitive quotations tailored to project requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, specification, or industrial project support.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spain construction ecosystem (specifiers, contractors, merchant model).
  • Experience in HVAC, fire protection, or industrial insulation markets is a plus.
  • Confident user of CRM (ideally Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English; valid driving license required.
