We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join our team. If you have experience in quality development, particularly with electrical or PCB components, and feel confident managing client audits and working under pressure, we’d love to meet you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leading quality development for electrical and PCB components.
2. Acting as the main interface for quality topics during project development.
3. Participating in and preparing for customer audits.
4. Ensuring compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
5. Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables are met.
6. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and reacting efficiently under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in Quality Development, ideally with PCB or electrical components.
2. Familiarity with customer audits and requirements.
3. Previous experience working with German clients is a strong plus.
4. High capacity for multitasking and stress management.
5. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
6. Availability to work on-site in collaboration with our client.
