YOUR TASKS

• Support and train project managers in tools and portfolio management procedures. Maintain data in the project server together with project managers and resource responsible.
• Support the implementation of new processes for managing the Engineering Project Portfolio. Maintain the tools and their customization with IT department and external suppliers.
• Develop additional tools for handling portfolio data. Perform routine controls (data, workload, cost object allocation, etc.).
• Track project planning (main data, quality, deviation control) and update accordingly.
• Support project coordination (Grid Code, new developments in CPS, etc.) and update project reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of project planning and controlling tools such as MS Project and SAP. Experience in project planning within a matrix organization is highly valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Skills in programming and reporting using SQL, VBA, Power BI, and SAP BI.
• Experience in international environments is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, structured and analytical approach, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills. Creative and proactive problem solver.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
