Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. in Madrid seeks a Project Planning and Controls Specialist with 10+ years of experience to lead scheduling and cost control for delivery projects. You will create and analyze schedules, monitor costs and resources, and produce EV, S-curves, and CP analyses.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with a strong command of Excel and Office tools. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and collaboration with a global Grid & Power Quality team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling for delivery projects using expert Project Controls knowledge.

• Produce reports and analyses (S-curves, OTD, earned value, critical path).
• Highlight deviations and risks to project managers and teams.
• Collaborate with project leaders to advance Project Controls practices.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and execution.
