We are seeking a Project Manager with workplace experience to lead and empower a multicultural team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end (E2E) projects in infrastructure environments, responsible for managing internal requests, coordinating their technical implementation, and ensuring system functionality across the Austrian and Swedish markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Demand Management: Lead E2E projects in Workplace and Infrastructure, moderate backlog grooming, lead the demand process, review demands for quality, manage the JIRA Demand Board, review FA documents, validate estimations, serve as communication point, facilitate release planning.
• Testing: Develop testing strategies, collaborate on testing requirements, conduct detailed testing, double-check results, document outcomes, report bugs, and align testing with market expectations.

Ideal Profile:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments
• Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational, communication, and testing skills

Location: FULL REMOTE (Mandatory location: Spain)
