We are seeking a passionate Project Manager with workplace experience to lead and empower a multicultural team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end projects in Infrastructure environments, overseeing internal requests, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring system functionality across the Austrian and Swedish markets.

Main Responsibilities :

• Demand Management: Lead E2E projects, moderate backlog grooming, review demands, manage JIRA boards, validate estimates, and serve as the main communication point.
• Testing: Collaborate on testing strategies, conduct detailed testing, document outcomes, report bugs, and ensure alignment with market expectations.

Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments.
• Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and testing skills.

Location : FULL REMOTE (Mandatory location: Spain)
