Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will apply your knowledge in managing Web & Platforms Projects in close contact with both clients, technical and marketing. You will be a point of contact with the local client and local internal teams and suppliers, managing both local and international teams for Web & Platforms, running content management operations with local client and global teams, and being responsible for managing all deliveries to the local partner.

Responsibilities

• Participating on client calls, including calls in English.
• Coordinating Web, Platforms, Landings, forms requests... in a big ecosystem.
• Opening tickets on Jira for central web ops implementations.
• Manage directly updates on websites through Adobe Experience Manager.
• Managing & scheduling the workload.
• Making sure the executions meet quality standards and strategic guidelines.
• Coordinate external partners and resources.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

• Experience in managing Web & Platforms projects including Content management, Landing Pages, Forms, Local sites…
• Previous experience in CMS (AEM), JIRA, Confluence.
• Automotive and Digital Campaigns knowledge is a plus.
• Experience on project management tools such as Trello or Jira
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a digital project manager preferably in international accounts.
• Advanced in English (C1 or more) - you will be participating on calls in English, preparing materials and sending emails in English.
• Capacity to deal with complexity and multitasking.
• Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
• Open to new ideas and change.
