We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of work and artifacts related to the successful integration of a merger or acquisition. The role involves collaboration with one of our global customers, a world leader in water-related technologies, solutions, and services.

High proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet requirements.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing daily updates on project status and changes.
  5. Create project schedules and timelines, including predecessor and successor tasks.
  6. Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings to achieve project objectives.
  7. Implement and manage changes as needed to meet project goals.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in M&A is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at least at C1 level.
