Context of the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in our Operations Department. This is a high-impact role that involves leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyzing project status and, when necessary, revising the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Minimum Requirements:

Studies: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project and process management. Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish.

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Skills: Proficient with project methodologies, spreadsheet software, and project management software.

Interpersonal Skills: Capability to handle customer dialogs. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to mentor and coach. Able to reflect and refine.
