Join us at the heart of one of TheFork’s most strategic partnerships. As Program Manager for our collaboration with Mastercard, you’ll help bring to life a range of impactful initiatives—from exclusive dining experiences to cutting-edge payment solutions. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Program Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and continuous evolution of this high-visibility project.

You will support the operational deployment, tracking, and evolution of the Mastercard partnership. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Program Manager, you will help manage cross-functional work streams across Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure the success and expansion of this high-impact initiative.
Coordinate multiple work streams tied to the Mastercard partnership—such as premium experiences, product integrations (e.g. TFPay), and the Mastercard Awards—ensuring they launch on time and to a high standard.
Prepare materials and follow-ups for internal governance (steerco, ELT updates) and external meetings with Mastercard, acting as a key point of alignment and communication.
Track key milestones, KPIs, and cross-team deliverables. Produce clear performance dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed and focused.
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Marketing to support new phases of the partnership—onboarding new experiences, launching features, performing quality checks, and more.
Spot roadblocks before they happen, adapt quickly when they do, and help the team move forward with clarity in an evolving, high-stakes context.
You are a highly organized, proactive project manager who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
