We are seeking a Software Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to support the Technical Lead in achieving project goals related to time, scope, budget, and quality. The candidate will manage and coordinate the team using tools like Jira and Confluence, extract project performance metrics, oversee financial tracking, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

Tasks to be performed :

• Support the Technical Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring software projects.
• Manage and coordinate the team to ensure adherence to project objectives.
• Oversee financial tracking to keep projects within budget and report deviations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, clients, and collaborators.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and transparency.
• Analyze project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage software production environments applying best practices.
• Coordinate version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
• Implement agile methodologies to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required skills, experience, and candidate profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management, especially in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing software development processes and deployments.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in financial tracking, budgeting, and resource management.

Nice to Have :

• Knowledge of PA/QA (Testing and Quality Assurance).
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Experience with automation tools and dashboards.
• Experience or knowledge in the Defense and/or Space sectors.
