ZKTeco Europe is a multinational enterprise specialized in the manufacture and development of biometrics and RFID technology solutions for the Security industry. Our main focus is on Biometrics such as face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition, applied to Time Attendance, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance and many more areas.

Your Mission :

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in security solutions and technology integrations to lead strategic projects with major platforms and end clients. You will be responsible for planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up of projects, as well as supporting the implementation of key security certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze, define, and execute security system integration projects.
• Coordinate custom developments and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Document projects with a focus on R&D&I (Research, Development, and Innovation).
• Support the implementation of ENS, NIS2, and ISO / IEC 27001 security certifications.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and international in-house development teams (China, India, USA, Spain).
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in managing technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of the European security market.
• Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking .
• Experience with system integrations (API, SDK, security protocols OSDP, etc…).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection regulations (NIS2, ENS, CER, LINCE, ISO / IEC 27001, GDPR, etc…).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Zoho, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to lead and execute projects at the end customer's premises.
