Acierta is a design & production house with offices in Spain, UK, France, and Qatar operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics, and installation for Retail, Events, and Hospitality projects. We are seeking a talented, creative, resourceful, and open-minded person willing to relocate to our Doha office as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent organizational and representation skills, and have an interest in project management with the capacity to work on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include designing, technically developing, and managing a wide range of projects such as :

Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.

Manage project timelines, including development, production, and logistics.

Calculate project costs covering production, transport, and labor.

Handle accurate 3D models, rendering visuals, and graphic documents such as sketches, moodboards, and conceptual images.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Oversee pre-assembly production to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Availability to spend 3 months in our Valencia (Spain) office, then relocate to Doha (Qatar) for at least 3 years.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years in technical development and production of store projects, temporary displays, windows, POS materials, interior, and furniture design in the Middle East.

Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish. Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Software & Skills :

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
