Offer Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Office at IMDEA Nanociencia.

IMDEA Nanociencia is an interdisciplinary research center dedicated to exploring nanoscience and developing nanotechnology applications in collaboration with innovative industries.

Mandatory Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (equivalent to B2).
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish

Desirable Qualifications :

• Experience in administration or R&D project management.
• A degree in chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, or a related field will be positively valued.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Planning and negotiation skills.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in website management and maintenance.

Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing R&D Activity Programs in Technologies for the Community of Madrid, acting as a liaison between the programs, the Madri+d system, and the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation. Additionally, they will contribute to cooperation with other programs. Some of the tasks include :

• Providing support to the Programs.
• Budgetary and administrative management, including assistance to the Management Committee.
• Managing the dissemination of research results.
• Supporting the management of scientific results exploitation.
• Acting as a liaison with the Madri+d system and the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation.
• Cooperating with other R&D activity programs.

Gross salary : €25,000 - €28,000 per year, depending on experience.
