The Role
Your mission will be to manage and execute regional social media campaigns and projects, working closely with the social media agency and internal teams. You will monitor projects, identify improvements, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
What would you do?
- Serve as the project manager for assigned projects to ensure adherence to guidelines, best practices, and achievement of defined goals.
- Collaborate with relevant company teams and advise them on social media activities.
- Work with involved agencies, including the social media agency.
- Review agency proposals against guidelines and best practices.
- Connect stakeholders with questions to the appropriate contacts, and provide answers when necessary.
- Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to track progress, identify improvements, and address issues.
- Keep the Social Media Director updated on project progress and escalate challenges as needed.
Requirements
Who you are?
- At least 7 years of experience as an Account Executive in communication agencies and/or Tier-1 media.
- Degree in Administration, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields, with training in brand, corporate, and institutional communication focusing on social media.
- Experience in agency management.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media landscapes in Europe.
