Formación

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en développement commercial, idéalement dans la cybersécurité.
  • Capacité à diriger une équipe et à gérer des activités avec des objectifs clairs.

Responsabilidades

  • Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente dynamique pour acquérir de nouveaux clients.
  • Gérer les performances de l'unité commerciale et ajuster les stratégies selon les KPI.

Missions :

In the context of strong growth and international expansion, we are creating a Business Unit dedicated to our mobile device protection service offering and are seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop it on a global scale.

As a true "intra-entrepreneur", you will drive business development and optimize profitability with the support of cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Technical.

As a Cybersecurity Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for :

International Business Development :

  1. Implementing a dynamic sales strategy to acquire new customer accounts.
  2. Analyzing market needs and adapting the offering to meet customer expectations.
  3. Responding to tenders.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients.
  5. Participating in conferences and events to promote the company and its solutions.

Building and Managing a Partner Network :

  1. Leading and developing commercial activities to maximize indirect sales and expand the company’s presence in new markets.
  2. Participating in partner recruitment.
  3. Assisting in partner training and providing support to help them sell our solutions effectively.
  4. Contributing to the development of co-marketing and co-sales programs with partners to stimulate demand.

Managing the Business Unit :

  1. Monitoring the performance of the business unit, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies according to defined KPIs.
  2. Collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and alignment with market needs.
  3. Over time, managing the budget and resources allocated to the business unit.

Profile :

Education : Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Experience : A successful track record of 5 to 10 years in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, software, or technology sectors.

  1. Expertise in complex sales and long sales cycles.
  2. Significant experience in managing international partnerships and developing distribution channels.
  3. Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
  4. Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Management Skills :

  1. Ability to lead a team and manage activities with clear objectives.
  2. Leadership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  3. Performance and priority management in a dynamic environment.

Languages : Fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Other : Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
