Job summary

ReHire, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / PMO to lead technology projects in a fully remote, contractor-mode environment. You will coordinate plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones, acting as the main bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams across time zones.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO/PM, strong organization, and excellent English communication (B2–C1). Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools like Jira or Asana is preferred.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager / PMO to join an international team and oversee technology projects, acting as a key communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

The position is ideal for professionals with strong project management experience who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone capable of bringing structure to complex projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, proactively identifying risks and blockers, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technology projects from planning through completion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1), with the ability to communicate confidently with clients, teammates, technical leads, and international stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong follow-up and accountability skills.

• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across different time zones.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

About the Position:

Full-time 100% remote role. Contractor Mode.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time).
