We are seeking a Project Manager - Optronics (Relocation to Spain) to join a significant project in Madrid, with a mixed work modality.

What are we looking for?

• A Project Manager - Optronics with at least 7 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Work Mode: Mixed.

Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with essential expertise in optronics.
• Methodical, rigorous, and organized profile, capable of realistic planning and anticipating potential issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
• Ability to handle challenging situations confidently and demonstrate leadership.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Managing projects involving hardware, software, and firmware development, as well as prototype manufacturing and transition to production.
• Planning project activities using MS Project, ensuring efficient execution aligned with goals.
• Overseeing project finances, including cost control, revenues, gross margin, and invoicing.
• Leading and managing project teams, fostering collaboration and meeting deadlines.
• Managing risks and defining contingency plans.
