ABB recherche un chef de projet pour diriger l'exécution de projets de taille moyenne. Vous serez responsable de la réalisation de toutes les activités liées aux projets conformément aux procédures et aux réglementations. Ce poste nécessite une expertise en gestion de projet, une approche axée sur le client et des compétences en communication en anglais et en espagnol.

Formación

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
• Familiarité avec le marché industriel: automobile, agroalimentaire, logistique.
• Approche axée sur le client et expérience dans la gestion des parties prenantes.

Responsabilidades

• Diriger l'équipe de projet et établir l'approche d'exécution du projet.
• Surveiller et contrôler les progrès du projet et l'utilisation efficace des ressources.
• Identifier et gérer les risques du projet.

Project Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics AMR in Spain.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in project management, cost control, planning and monitoring and risk management.
• You are familiar with the Industrial market: automotive, food&beverage, logistics, etc and have a customer focus approach, business orientation and experience managing different stakeholders.
• You have at least 2 years years of experience in Project Management.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel) as well as cost control and planning (MS Project).
• You are passionate about team management, adaptability, anticipation and problem solving.
• Degree in Engineering, mainly Industrial Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish. Other languages, such as, French or German, will be considered a valuable plus.
• You hold current drivers license valid in Spain and Spanish work permit.
