We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering work related to the successful integration of mergers or acquisitions. The role involves collaborating with a global customer, a world leader in water-related technologies, solutions, and services.

High proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Position is 100% remote for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation.
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  3. Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
  5. Gather and validate requirements, define tasks, and create project timelines.
  6. Identify and track dependencies, coordinate deliverables, and facilitate meetings.
  7. Document and communicate risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
  8. Implement and manage changes to meet project objectives.
  9. Monitor and report on project progress.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and lead meetings and workshops.
