We are looking for a Project Manager (m / w / d) to join our team in Getafe.

Your tasks will be :

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer.
• Develop a budget in collaboration with management, optimize, and monitor it during the entire project process (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing).
• Analyze risks to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating corrective actions.
• Coordinate management and technical decisions as well as communication with the customer.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Define roles within the team to ensure the correct performance of activities.
• Centralize all information to facilitate exchanges between stakeholders:
• Identify blocking points in project progress.
• Create reports and progress updates on monitored projects.
• Prepare, coordinate, facilitate internal/external reviews, and write reports (MoM).

Requirements

About you :

• Good experience in the aeronautic sector, especially in Airframe design.
• Ability to lead teams.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and actions.
• Knowledge of aircraft lifecycle management.
• Ability to work in an international matrix structure.
• Strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey and receive ideas effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel and MS Project.
