We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solution Team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully leading and executing projects, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and PM@DX guidelines.

As a Project Manager, your main mission will be to mark milestones in the execution of assigned projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from bid qualification to successful customer handover, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. You will act as the central point of contact, facilitating coordination between internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and business partners) to define the necessary requirements related to project quotations, from clarification of customer's needs during the request for tender phase for the preparation of the room and transition plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, develop timelines, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to national laws and safety regulations, particularly those related to public procurement (Public Procurement Code).
• Oversee installation, site readiness, and commissioning of third-party services, ensuring smooth system delivery and validation.
• Guarantee system functionality, oversee clinical validation, and secure customer acceptance for project closure with assertive communication style abilities.

Key strategic priorities

Quality: Driving Quality assurance throughout the process ensuring customer satisfaction through timely implementation of the sales contract.

Budget: Ensuring financial budget adherence and avoiding non-conformance costs.

Time: Accuracy in planning ability to understand operational priorities and resource availability.

What You Bring

Skills & Mindset:

• You have a strong Team working attitude.
• You have a thorough knowledge of lean and process mapping.
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g. MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.) and you have a digital-first approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical Diploma or Master's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent proven experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management or technical role in the healthcare field.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally (up to 60%) and internationally (Occasionally).
Residency in either Barcelona or Madrid.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit and rendering tools will be an asset.
Experience with technical and laboratory workflows related to in-vitro medical equipment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI will be considered a plus.
