Formación

  • Proven experience in Account and Project Management in Logistics/Warehousing.

What we are looking

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in project management and a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

What will you do on a day-to-day

  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and address client needs and challenges.
  • Serve as main point of contact for client.
  • Create and implement business strategy for the account.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Design and implement new processes.
  • Lead IT testing (UAT) from operational perspective.
  • Plan and manage and project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Create yearly operational budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, senior management, and client.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Offer close and consistent support to the operation.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects and align with Business needs.

What you need to succeed at GXO :

  • Proven experience in Account and Project Management in Logistics / Warehousing with a focus on E-Commerce.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 in both).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding team player and ability to work autonomously without direction.
  • In-depth knowledge of Reflex Web or ability to learn quickly.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, especially during peak periods.
