Within our Cybersecurity Hardware department, we are responsible for testing and certifying cybersecurity requeriments to IoT, automotive, medical or industrial devices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and coordination of a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will develop and maintain a strategic project roadmap, ensuring that initiatives are prioritized based on business impact, compliance requirements, and organizational risk posture.
  • Manage project timelines and allocate internal and external resources across initiatives. You will be responsible for balancing workloads, identifying cross-project dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones without resource conflicts.
  • Support the development of our internal operational framework by helping define governance structures, workflows, and standardized procedures. You will collaborate with cybersecurity subject matter experts to build scalable and practical models aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between cybersecurity teams, IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. You will provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant cybersecurity regulations and frameworks. You will track risk mitigation activities, support audit readiness, and contribute to the organization’s overall compliance strategy.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of project and workflow management tools. You will ensure that internal procedures are embedded into operational systems and promote automation where possible to enhance efficiency and consistency.
What we expect from you
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • General knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban.
  • Knowledge of project management terminology.
  • Be experienced in using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Determined, passionate, and with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be keen to learn day to day.
  • Aptitude for teamwork in an international environment.
  • Leadership and team coordination.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or similar.
  • General Knowledge of Cyber Security standard frameworks such as ISO 27000 or GDPR.
