Una empresa de construcción y ingeniería en Barcelona busca un/a Project Manager para liderar proyectos de tráfico, transporte y túneles. Se requiere un título en ingeniería con al menos 5 años de experiencia. La posición ofrece un ambiente de trabajo estable y beneficios como formación continua y compensación flexible.

Formación

• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en instalación y/o mantenimiento de sistemas de tráfico.
• Conocimientos en sistemas de tráfico y redes de telecomunicaciones.
• Licencia de conducir B y disposición para viajar.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar costos y plazos del proyecto.
• Desarrollar el plan del proyecto y definir estándares de calidad.
• Monitorizar tareas y controlar desviaciones.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos de sistemas de tráfico

Conocimientos de redes de telecomunicaciones

Liderazgo y motivación de equipo

Educación

Grado técnico o superior en telecomunicaciones o ingeniería industrial

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing costs
• Establishing resources and timelines for the project
• Developing the project plan
• Defining quality standards for deliverables
• Leading and motivating the project team
• Monitoring tasks and controlling deviations
• Anticipating and managing project-related risks

Requirements:

• Technical or higher degree in telecommunications or industrial engineering (University Degree / Master)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in installation and/or maintenance of traffic systems, ITS, tunnels, traffic, tolls, ZBE
• Knowledge of traffic systems
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks
• Willingness to travel nationally
• 60-hour health and safety course (PRL)
• Driving license B
