We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects within the financial industry. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in project execution, strong analytic capabilities, and a deep understanding of the technological and regulatory environment in banking and financial services. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for clients in the financial sector.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, time-lines, and resource plans.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements.
Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverable.
Analyse data and project performance metrics to optimise delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Produce clear, concise reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects , preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and implementations in regulated environments.
Ability to connect technology solutions with client business needs and strategic goals.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex information effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and business teams.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.
Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.
Experience in Anti-Money Laundering projects or compliance environments is a strong advantage.
