Formación

Our client is a multinational company that integrates solutions to help their customers be more efficient in their intralogistics operations by implementing turnkey systems that involve automation in hardware and software.

They are in a successful phase of expansion and growth and, therefore, need to hire a Project Engineer (PE), who is responsible for the installation and commissioning phase of LSI projects. Additionally, the role will occasionally encompass responsibilities in supporting the Systems Engineering group with layouts and manuals during the sales phase. A PE works closely with the Project Engineering Coordinator (PEC) in daily planning, execution, and reporting of project deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support day-to-day supplier and customer installation needs.
  • Maintain permanent communication flow with the Project Management and System Engineer specialists designated to the project.
  • In the execution phase: Responsible for onsite work from mechanical and electrical installation to commissioning, including:

Validating civil works, coordinating, and supervising the erection of warehouse structures, machinery, and interconnection wiring.

Manage PLC and Software integration.

Ensure onsite safety.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering; electrical engineering is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • 3 years’ experience working with installations.
  • Willingness to travel intensively (approximately 60%).
  • Willingness to relocate to Madrid (if not already residing there).
