Job summary

Dreessommerse is seeking a Project Manager - International Digital Projects to drive end-to-end delivery of complex Digital and IT initiatives across multiple countries. You will own delivery from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks, reporting transparently to senior management and ensuring on-time go-live and smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in international Digital or IT projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• English C1+ is required; Spanish and/or German are an advantage.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are an advantage.

Job description

The Project Manager - International Digital Projects is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex Digital and IT projects across multiple countries, business units and external partners.

The role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive successful delivery in an international and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of international Digital and IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure
• Lead and coordinate project estimation and planning activities
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional and international project teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, across different cultures and business functions
• Establish effective project governance and provide transparent reporting on progress, financials, risks and decisions
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes and drive them to resolution
• Manage project financials and resource requirements, including forecasting and capacity constraints
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and responsibilities
• Coordinate go-live, transition into operations and successful project closure

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience , ideally in international Digital or IT projects
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and international stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project governance, scope, financial, risk, change and resource management
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners
• Demonstrated ability to independently structure and drive complex projects with limited supervision
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required ; Spanish and/or German are an advantage
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable project management certification is an advantage.
