Job summary

Drees & Sommer España is seeking a Project Manager – International Digital Projects to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex digital and IT initiatives across multiple countries and partners. The role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive successful delivery in an international, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in international Digital or IT projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and international stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, scope, financial, risk, change and resource management.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Demonstrated ability to independently structure and drive complex projects with limited supervision.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required; Spanish and/or German are an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of international Digital and IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Lead and coordinate project estimation and planning activities.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional and international project teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, across different cultures and business functions.
• Establish effective project governance and provide transparent reporting on progress, financials, risks and decisions.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes and drive them to resolution.
• Manage project financials and resource requirements, including forecasting and capacity constraints.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.
• Coordinate go-live, transition into operations and successful project closure.
