Position: Project Manager Insurance

Location: Barcelona Hybrid (1 2 days onsite at Sea Towers)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry to lead

the implementation of tools and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record

managing projects involving API integrations, automation solutions, and cloud-based systems, while working within

Agile frameworks and using tools like Jira and Power BI for delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of enterprise tools and automations. Coordinate with technical teams to integrate APIs and automation functionalities. Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards. Leverage Power BI for reporting, monitoring, and decision-making. Manage project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress using Jira. Align project execution with business objectives in the insurance sector.

Required Skills Qualifications 3 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Service Manager. Hands-on experience in implementation projects and automation with APIs. Solid experience with Power BI and cloud platforms. Proficient in Jira and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Prior experience in insurance industry projects is essential.

Work Environment Hybrid model: 1 2 days onsite per week at the Barcelona Sea Towers office remaining days remote. Collaborative, innovative team culture focused on digital transformation in the insurance domain.
