Project Manager/Engagement Manager/Implementation Project Manager/Implementation Consultant/Functional Consultant/Delivery Manager/Delivery Consultant - SaaS

My client is a growing software implementation and consulting company, a key partner of a leading AI-driven HR software vendor with $400M in funding. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join their team in Barcelona. You will lead all aspects of project implementation through Go-Live and hypercare.

The company offers a fun and dynamic culture with strong leadership from SAP and is on the path to significant growth, providing opportunities to learn and work on exciting projects.

Your responsibilities include managing and delivering SaaS implementation projects for global enterprise clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects on time and within budget
• Solid experience in technology implementation and consulting
• Strong experience managing projects with budgets over $0.5 million
• Knowledge of Agile project management is desirable but not mandatory
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, Talent Management, or ATS is a plus
• Fluent English

Salary: Up to 70,000 EUR + 10% bonus + benefits. The role offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona, with the option to work from home three days a week.
