Business Development Manager (Technology & Strategy)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our growth strategy in the cloud technology sector. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 4-5 years of experience in business development or technology consulting, eager to grow in a fast-paced and strategic environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO, Product Director, and Operations Director, contributing to business expansion, sales processes, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of our service and product strategy, focusing on cloud-based, highly scalable hybrid environments.
  2. Offering Development: Work on the structuring of licenses, basic and advanced services, and ensure the offering is competitive and attractive to clients.
  3. Partner Strategy: Contribute to the creation of scalable partnership models to enhance market presence.
  4. Marketing & Communication: Develop corporate and product presentations, create product-specific materials, and collaborate on market benchmarking.
  5. Sales Process Management: Support the entire sales funnel, including:
    1. Preparation of client-facing materials, demos, and benchmarks.
    2. Conducting pre-diagnosis of client needs to align with the right solutions.
    3. Assisting in the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
    4. Structuring and managing service and licensing agreements.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Operations Directors to ensure alignment between business development and product capabilities.

Requirements

  1. Fluent English and Spanish (native or very high level).
  2. 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or technology consulting (Big Four experience is a plus).
  3. Strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
  4. MBA or Master’s in Business / Technology-related fields preferred.
  5. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  7. Availability to travel when required.
