A leading company focused on international development is seeking a Business Development professional in Ibiza. The role involves drafting bids, managing client relationships, and recruiting experts for donor-funded projects. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, relevant experience, and proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and French.

The incumbent will actively participate in preparing international donors’ governance tenders across regions and topics, under the supervision of the Senior PM and Head of Unit. Responsibilities include:
University degree in Economics, International Development, International Relations, Social Development, EU studies, Political Science, or equivalent; postgraduate degree preferred. Proficiency in English (C1) and French (B2); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Minimum 3 years in business development, especially in preparing technical bids for donor-funded projects, preferably EU-funded. Experience with large international tenders and familiarity with EU policies are advantageous. Skills in proposal writing in English and French, project management, and familiarity with EU procedures (PRAG) are desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and work effectively in a team.
