Une entreprise de détail basée en Allemagne recherche un Chef de Projet ayant une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais pour gérer des projets clés à travers des équipes internationales. Le candidat idéal aura au moins trois ans d'expérience en gestion de projet et sera capable de travailler avec des méthodologies variées tout en garantissant une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes germanophones.

Formación

• Expérience prouvée en gestion de projets (3 ans minimum).
• Maîtrise de l'allemand (C1-C2) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
• Compréhension solide des méthodologies de gestion de projets (Agile, Waterfall).

Responsabilidades

• Planifier, gérer et livrer les projets à temps, dans le cadre et le budget.
• Coordonner les ressources internes et les tiers/fournisseurs.
• Gérer les risques et les changements de projet de manière proactive.

Project Manager with fluency in German and English

to lead and coordinate key projects across international teams for a German-based retail company.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors.
• Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
• Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Travel to Germany when required (once per quarter).

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred).
• Fluency in German (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

Conditions :

• Freelance contract
• Duration : 1-2 years
• Starting date : July 1st
• Hourly fee : 85-95€ / hour
